My Journey
My name is Ben Zagami. I have been a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine for over 10 years. I spent 8 years in the corporate health & fitness world as both manager and elite coach. I decided to start my own personal training business in order to better serve my clientele. I strive to provide an authentic and unique approach to personal training in order to better suit my clients' needs. Training should transcend the four walls of a gym. My aim is to ensure you have the support and skills necessary to live the best life you envision for yourself. My specialties include: strength training, metabolic conditioning, mobility & functional training, weight loss, weight gain, stress management & recovery, pre- & post-natal, and Parkinson's wellness & recovery.

One-on-One Training
Dedicated 1-hour one-on-one personal training sessions within a well-equipped training facility.
Virtual Training
Dedicated 1-hour virtual training sessions through Zoom or Facetime. Consultation required.
Duet Training
Dedicated 1-hour training sessions with a friend or spouse within a well-equipped training facility.
In-Home Training
Personal training brought to you. I will travel to you and provide training sessions within your space. Consultation required.
Program Design
I will build a customized training program for you without the need for in-person training sessions. Bi-weekly check-ins via Zoom required.
